1. Who can participate
Transit or transfer passengers with at least 7 hours to spare within a 24-hour period before their next connecting flight, and who have a valid ROC visas or come from countries eligible for visa-exempt entry or landing visa.
Countries eligible for visa-exempt entry: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Costa Rica, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Japan, Republic of Korea, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, U.K. and U.S.A.
Countries eligible for landing visas: Czech Republic, Hungary and Poland
